After being a manager in retail for 15+ years, I can tell you that without the right customer service, your business will cease to exist.
I've been married to my beautiful bride Anna for 13+ years. We met at a restaurant during our college days in San Angelo. We have three beautiful children that are heavily involved in school, sports and church activities throughout the year.
A few things that I enjoy doing in my spare time (not much of with a business, wife & 3 kids) are; golf, skiing (water & snow), working out, playing all different sports with our kids, along with volunteer coaching throughout the year.
I started my career in real estate with one of the largest companies in the world here in the Austin Metro Area, working the Williamson and Travis Counties, including Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Lago Vista and surrounding areas. After spending a few years with them learning the ropes, I thought it was time to open my very own personalized Real Estate Firm, Schaible Realty, Inc., in October 2007. My focus is to meet people's needs whether it's selling or buying. I enjoy assisting everyone including; first-time home buyers, repeat clients, investors and downsizing empty-nesters.
Many qualities and skills go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing & technology savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best customer service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "customer service" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I love to learn new things in my field which includes educating myself as much as possible. In order to give my clients the highest level of service I to push professionalism in real estate. That said, I am a certified Realtor®, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR) Certification and Certified Internet Professional (e-Pro). Also, a member of the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABoR), Williamson County Association of Realtors® (WCAoR) and Christian Real Estate Network (CREN)
Memberships: Cedar Park Rotary Club and BNI (Business Network International)
Volunteer: Block House Creek PTA, local Youth Soccer Coach with CC United, New Hope Baptist Church mission trips, etc...
